Version 1.14 is now available!!!

  1. No longer is it just stats per course, but also stats for combines course (for the same number of holes).

  2. *Added sand saves and up & downs to graph-able stats.

  3. *Improved default zoom levels in the range finder.

  4. *Made yardage rings brighter to deal with bright sunlight.

  5. *When uploading a round to OobGolf, "standard" is now the default instead of "practice".

  6. *Improved stability and look of various features.

  7. *Added two fairway markers to handle dog legs and layup locations.

  8. Added a mode to 'Here' view that re-centers the map as the current location changes.

  9. Included a second row of numbers to the quick score entry.

  10. And several other improvements.

Some Hints

GolfCard customers have provided thousands of suggestions in the last 14 months. We have gone from version 1.0 to 1.15 (so thats 16 significant releases, with many more minor releases. We have some great things in store... a refreshing look and feel, allowing the iPod Touch to have a useful range finder, and some big surprises. More to come later, but our goal is for a release in early Spring. Keep checking this page for more details over the next weeks.

...and yes, all current users automatically get the 2.0 update. Some other companies will create a whole new app to bring in new revenue, but that’s not our business model.
